Three tiers, one program
Structured competition that supports academic achievement, personal development, and high-level play — wherever you are as a player.

Tier 01 · Varsity : Scholarship level
The highest competitive level, facing intercollegiate opponents regionally and nationally. Selection weighs competitive ability, game knowledge, communication, coachability, and professionalism. Scholarships for players who meet competitive and academic standards.

Tier 02 · Academy : Development
The bridge between club and varsity — skill refinement and strategic growth for high-potential players working toward the top roster.

Tier 03 · Club Tier 03 : Community
Flexible, inclusive access to gaming — community, campus culture, and competition without the varsity commitment.

Ten years in esports on both sides of the desk: competitive League of Legends for the University of Cincinnati, coaching League at Florida State, and assistant director at Cleveland State before taking over the program at Shawnee State.
